Job Title: Team Leader

Reporting to: Operations Manager

 

Summary of Role:

Capital Credit Union is seeking full-time Team Leaders with strong leadership and organisational skills to manage and motivate our front-line member service teams, ensuring a professional and positive member service experience and providing effective administrative support.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of your team’s performance, team building and coaching; in this role you will use your leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills and will need to be an effective communicator at all levels in the credit union and with members.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Three to five years’ experience working in a similar, supervisory role in a credit union or front-line financial services environmentLending experience / skills
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and works well as part of a team
  • Committed to first class customer service values
  • Hold a relevant qualification e.g. CUA, QFA, Pathways Diploma
  • Clean driving licence and be available to work in our various branches

Member Services Officer – Capital Credit Union

VACANCY INFORMATION

 

Job Title: Member Services Officer

Reporting to: Operations Manager

 

Summary of Role:

Capital Credit Union is seeking enthusiastic, organised individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for the full-time position of Member Services Officer.

Duties include providing a quality Teller service to members, dealing with member queries at the counter and on the phone; processing transactions; back office administrative/clerical duties; other duties as required.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years’ similar experience working in a credit union or front-line financial services environment
  • PC literacy, excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team work ability.
  • Hold a relevant qualification e.g. CUA, QFA, Pathways Diploma
  • Clean driving licence and be available to work in our various branches.
