Covid-19 Office Updates

In view of the rapid increase in Covid 19 cases and in the interests of public safety, Capital Credit Union may be required to close one or more of our branches, at short notice, to mitigate the negative effects of Covid-19.

Please note that our Member Service Team is available from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 2.00 pm Saturdays to help you by phone, email or online.

We would recommend that members continue to utilise:

(a) our online service or

(b) phone or email us so that we can continue to address any of your queries as they arise.

Capital Credit Union will continue to monitor the current situation and will update members on a regular basis via our website and social media channels.
