We would like to inform our members of some changes made to our branch network since 2nd May 2022.

Ballinteer Branch

From 2nd May 2022, our Ballinteer branch is returning to normal office hours. This means it will now be open to serve members at the following times:

  • 9.30am – 4.30pm
  • 9.30am – 4.30pm
  • 10.00am – 5.30pm
  • 9.30am – 4.30pm

We look forward to welcoming you at the branch and re-acquainting with our staff.

Sandyford Branch

From 2nd May 2022, our Sandyford branch activities will merge into our Dundrum, Ballinteer and Leopardstown branches. Our Ballinteer and Leopardstown branches have ample free parking while our Dundrum and Leopardstown branches are accessible by the Luas. The branch locations can be found here.

If you use the Sandyford branch frequently, your account with Capital Credit Union will not be affected in any way.

Members can also register here for CUOnline+ which gives them 24/7 access to their Credit Union account allowing you to make lodgments and payments, apply for a loan – even draw it down – and upload documentation.

Member Service Team

We would like to inform members that from 2nd May 2022 our Member Service Team will revert to normal office hours. This means that the Member Service Team will be available at the following times:

  • 9.30am – 4.30pm
  • 9.30am – 4.30pm
  • 9.30am – 4.30pm
  • 10.00am – 5.30pm
  • 9.30am – 4.30pm
  • 9.30am – 12.30pm

This is to ensure we make the best use of our resources during the busier periods and have staff available to follow up on our member’s queries.
