Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 58th Annual General Meeting of Capital Credit Union Limited will take
place online via the Zoom Webinar platform at 7.00 pm on Wednesday, 4th December 2024.
If you wish to attend the AGM, you need to register using this link: www.capitalcu.ie/AGM
The closing date for AGM Attendance Registration is the close of business on Friday, 29th of November 2024.
When registering for attendance at the AGM, you must provide your Name, Account Number,
personal email address, and contact phone number.
Once your registration is validated, a link will be sent to your registered email address by Tuesday 3rd
December 2024 to enable you to access the AGM via Zoom.
As questions may require supporting documentation and/or research by way of reply, members are
requested to send any questions they have before the AGM with your name, account number, and
phone number to agm@capitalcu.ie to arrive before the close of business on Friday 29th of November
2024.
Motions, rule amendments and elections at the AGM will be conducted by way of online poll. The votes
will be tallied electronically and verified by a member of the Board Oversight Committee.
All non-presenting participants will be muted and have their cameras switched off to allow the smooth
running of the meeting. The AGM meeting will be recorded for minute-taking purposes.
There will be 10 attendance prizes of €100 each for members who attend the AGM. The winners will
be randomly selected based on the attendees and announced at the end of the meeting.
