We have received reports of a scam text (smishing) targeting Capital Credit Union members.

The message falsely claims you qualify for a “30% electricity reduction” and asks you to click a link (union-credits.com). This is a scam.

What to do:

• DO NOT click the link.

• DO NOT provide any personal or banking details.

• DELETE the message immediately.

Remember:

Capital Credit Union will never send you a link to a login page or ask for your PIN via text message. If you are ever unsure, please contact us directly through our official website or phone number.
